Got back home this afternoon. Spotacus was happy to see us, happy to come home, but did express his opinion of us sending him to lockup by pooping in front of the litter robot. Now he's sleeping against my leg. I suspect all will be completely normal by bedtime.
Nephew is now a Warrant Officer 1 and will be in aviation training the next year to 18 months. He and his brother, who is in the process of enlisting in the Air Force, will make the sixth generation in a row to serve in the military. There was a break between the Civil War and Revolutionary War -- at least I haven't yet uncovered records of family military service between those wars. Probably did, but we don't have proof yet.
Heard from Obi-Wander's dealer just before we left. They've submitted the warranty work to Winnebago and are waiting for the approval.
Two hummingbirds are still here. We didn't notice any butterflies as we drove up the driveway, but we were tired. We'll look in the morning.
But now, I'm hitting the hay early. Later, y'all.
