I think CBD oil would help Spot-man feel a lot better. It is an anti-inflammatory and an appetite stimulant, so it will help his GI feel better and get him to eat. If you can't get it locally, I gave my cancer kitty Canna-Pet and that seemed to really help him. It is available online and at some pet stores.
