Fencer came to visit for Thanksgiving. For some reason, Rudy did not like him. I guess Rudy could smell Fencer's three cats on him. Anyway, he peed on Fencer's clothes twice, which were on the guest bed. Luckily, we had a waterproof mattress pad on it, so the mattress is fine. The cats have now lost guest bedroom privileges.
While we were at the Ren Faire, Rudy apparently didn't like being kept inside for 3 days, so he peed on the love seat, too. Four gallons of Nature's Miracle so far, and I'll check tomorrow to see if I finally got the smell out, then we'll steam clean it. Little t3rd...
Sister's dog bit Short Friend for the third time, so Sister had to move back to her house. She took it off the market until January so she wouldn't have the added stress through the holidays. We can't figure out why Yoda took such a dislike to Short Friend, who's never done anything to the dog. Part of the problem is that Sister is not the alpha in Yoda's pack, so he feels like he can get away with being the alpha.
The faire visit resulted in a bunch of interesting stuff to give for Christmas. The place is just too large to see everything and all the shows in one day, so we'll have to go for two days next year. Hopefully, Rudy will have gotten over whatever his problem was, so we don't come home to another peed on seat. Sigh.
WLToo is calling. Having some issue with the timer on the Christmas lights he put up around the new deck. Later, y'all.
