Glad Rudy made it back. Either that or Rudy may have found a meal from a friendly cat-loving neighbor. We once had a cat that would wander like that. We eventually had to keep her in the house because she had disappeared for 3 days. With all the predators around we thought she had become a snack for coyotes or other predator. She settled into being a house cat quite easily.
What about using one of those collapsible utility wagons for hauling the small stuff out? This is one we have for hauling the small stuff between the motorhome and the house.
