Recliner's back, but so far, Czarny's not interested in sharing it with me. He jumps up here, stomps all over me, then leaves. We have opened the spare bedroom door again, since Czarny was not the one peeing in there, and he spends a lot of time in the east window or on the afghan at the foot of that bed.
Leoghaire showed up a couple days ago, looking a whole lot less pregnant, but we've not seen a fawn yet. Could be she did not have it in our meadow, or it did not survive. I fed her some carrots and she was happy.
Yesterday, WLToo bought some good size tomato plants, with blossoms already on them. He's still hoping to have a tomato crop before the summer heat destroys any chance of them making fruit. The cantaloupe are doing very well, as are the Blue Lake green beans. Too late to plant anything else, though. We'll have to wait until September now.
Time to get back into the office and do some paperwork before the heat drives me back out. We really, really need a new air system in there. Sigh.
