Good news: Tall Friend has a UTI, which in elderly people can cause very weird symptoms. WLToo will go sit with him tomorrow so Short Friend can have some time to herself.

I moved Czarny's tower next to my recliner. He's asleep on the top, after being outside all day. We'll see in a little bit if he's still outraged that Randolph is here. WLToo opened the spare bedroom door, Randolph looked up, said "Mrrr," and went right back to sleep. Looks like we'll have a peaceful dinner...
The fawn died. WLToo notified the game warden, in case they want to take the brain for testing. Then he dragged it away from the RV and down into the meadow. If the warden doesn't get here toot sweet, there won't be anything left to test. Our black-headed vultures are very, very efficient. We almost never smell dead stuff.
Wow. A squirrel just toddled across the north porch. Squirrels don't normally hang out on our property. Big, fat one, more black than gray.
It's dinnertime. Later, y'all.
