TF went to his GP today, as the UTI meds don't seem to be working. He'll see his cardiologist tomorrow about the heart rate. He's not doing near as well as he had been before the UTI. I kind of wonder if the UTI meds are what set off the elevated heart rate, considering how strangely he reacts to so many meds.
Czarny had a pleasant day yesterday. He has finally noticed the barn swallows are not swooping on him anymore, as the babies have fledged. He can sit on (or under) the deck now, or on the sofa with me. He spent most of today outside and seemed to enjoy himself.
I put a harness on Randolph for a few minutes. He promptly marched over to the food dish and ate. Didn't seem particularly bothered by the harness at all. After about five minutes, I took it off and gave him treats. Czarny heard the treats jar and came running. He managed to eat his treats before Randolph noticed he was there. I have to wonder if Randolph's previous people put him on a harness. We'll add a bit more time each day until we're sure he's fine with it. Then after he recovers from being neutered, we'll start going outside with him.
Leoghaire and her two-year-old came by yesterday. We haven't seen them today yet.
One of the hummingbirds is sitting on the wire holding the feeder. Territorial little buggers...
Czarny's now under the bedcovers, and Randolph is sitting in the dining area window.
Suppertime. Later, y'all.
