A friend left the door open. Harley sat next to the open door, but made no attempt to go outside. Whew.
At our annual writers' group party last Friday, one guest said she would talk to her brother, who is looking for a cat. I hope she remembers to do so, and that her brother might be a good candidate to adopt Harley. She deserves so much better than we're able to provide.
This character showed up this morning. I managed one photo before it noticed and dashed off.
It's been very busy around here, but I finally have time to finish Sister's present of crocheted potholders in her preferred colors, and finish a short story for an anthology. We also will manage to get our tree up and stick all the presents under it this week, then I have a performance on Friday (joined the community band last month).
In between all this, the cats get their fair share of attention (and then some).
If I get too focused and forget to post here, may you all have a very Merry Christmas.
