Well, this year's Christmas glitch was our fault. The honey baked ham was delivered frozen. Spousal Unit took it out of the shipping container and left it on the countertop for a few hours, then put it into the refrigerator. Only he didn't put it in the refrigerator, but in the freezer. We noticed that this morning...
Heated the oven to 350, turned it off, and put the ham in to thaw. It worked nicely. As usual, we overate excellent food, watched Christmas movies, and enjoyed company of family and friends.
