Wow, time flies...
We signed up Harley with a local rescue that has a program for over 65 folks who want a pet but can't afford one. The rescue will provide food, vet care, etc. and the pet stays with the person as a "permanent foster."
A potential "foster mom" will be here tomorrow to meet Harley. If they click, we'll provide a month's food and treats, her litter box and extra litter, all her toys and her blanket, food and water dish, etc. Then we'll sign Harley over officially to the rescue, and they'll take care of her needs from then on.
I hate having to give up an adult cat, but this is the best for both her and Czarny.
Meanwhile, the RV is not happy with us. 110 goes into the inverter, but doesn't come out. Local repairman said when the batteries get below a certain percentage, the inverter doesn't work. So we put the battery charger into operation, and we'll know by Saturday if the inverter is still good.
Spousal Unit is working on getting his books into hard copy format, so he can sell one or two at a SciFi convention in early April. I'm working on a couple of short stories for some anthologies. Otherwise, it's pretty quiet around here.
