Several years ago I had an older pup with liver problems. He took a human drug (can't remember the name) that was $600/mo from Walgreens,$300/month from Walmart and $40 from a canadian pharmacy. I was widowed and couldn't begin to afford the higher costs, so Canada it was! We used it for 2 years until he passed, and had a great quality of life thanks to that option!
My late husband had glioblastoma brain cancer. His meds were $6,000 per month! If insurance hadn't paid I'd have gone to Canada for them!
