Here's another thought: she's young, sweet, and female. There ARE people out there who are unhappy with life in general, and it's a lot easier to take that frustration out on her, rather than the senior male Vet (or a crusty old broad like me....LOL!)
I'm not blaming her - I'm blaming the management. As management, if you don't protect your employees, you will lose them. And good people can be hard to find
