First update on Thunder Shirt:
I got it last night and put it on Bat-dog. She didn't take issue with it at all and cuddled with me once it was on. There were a couple minor noises that caused her to shiver a bit, but nothing major. We went to bed and a louder (but not loudest) noise went off and she went to the closet. She spent the night there. At some point, the shirt came off her.
This morning, I put the shirt back on and had her cuddle on the bed. A loud series of firecracker type sounds went off right outside. She just looked at me. Moose-dog needed a cuddle after that one.
So, first impression is that it does seem to help at least a little. But we'll keep updating over the holiday and give a final opinion on the 5th.
