I'm luck that both my current Collies could care less about the fireworks. Bud the Collie that passed last year hated them and thunderstorms. The city only allows sales two days before and one day after the forth thankfully. It does not take long for people to exhaust their supply and the noise subsides. The city does have a nice fireworks display at Wall park.
