Max - New Dachshund Foster!
Time for a new foster! I got Max, a standard dachshund puppy (4-5 mo.) old yesterday. He was in another foster home, but started being WAY too interested in the lady's elderly cats, so he had to go....

You are spot on for feeding Max.
If he is not neutered, please have it done.
We have 5 mini spayed mini dachshund females. Allow them up on furniture but we purchased pet steps from Petco and PetSmart. Saved on the back injuries.
Historically, common issues with this breed are teeth, uti's, spinal and hip issues.
Each of ours has a health program through PetSmart/Banfield Pet Hospital. A truly valuable insurance.
