I have come to dread Independance Day and the week prior & after. Just an excuse to play with explosives IMHO. I quizzed the neighborhood kids about the meaning of the holiday. They are clueless. My dog sits & shakes. Fire departments are on high alert as is the ER. And by the way you kids get off my lawn.
