Be patient. Teach him not to bark (important for your neighbors)and introduce him to anything and everything.
He'll adjust to camping perfectly. Just remember, as long as he's with his family, he's happy. Besides, it looks like he won't take up much room at all.

Last year was Duncan's first time camping and he was awesome. We have a TC and share it with a weimaraner and a cavalier. They are wonderful campers. They just think our TC is a different house. No big deal.
