There should be laws against puppies that cute!!! LOL!! You've received great advice about camping - now I'll warn you about "pre-camping":
Dogs generally LOVE to camp - so many smells/so little time :-) Your pup will learn to recognize your packing routine - and once you make that first move - will be glued to your side like velcro, lest you forget to bring them along..... *IF* the dog is missing before you leave, chances are it's hiding somewhere in the RV.
The only other thing: if you have sliders on your RV - ALWAYS have someone holding the dog when they're moved.
