I wonder how many people got an RV because they have dogs? There were about 5 or 10 reasons for getting an RV and the dogs were a big part of that decision.
As I said before I take my dogs with me every where I go but on those rare occasions when I can't bring them I can hear them cry when I leave them home.
I usually keep them in a crate / steel cage to keep them out of mischief if I am going to begone for a long time. About a year ago I had to make a quick trip to Walmart and was only going to be out for less than a 1/2 hour. When I got back I discovered the little guy had chewed on the door molding in an effort to get to me. I don't use the crates often but it may help you prevent some damage to your camper.
