I think the point being made is that we really do not know where the contents come from and what is in those contents of a lot of products out there. This topic....dog food.
Sorta makes the whole thing sound ludicrous- everybody all het up about dog treats from China, but perfectly fine with Chinese ingredients in the food we humans eat! :S
