Pet owners not cleaning up after dogs.

I do realize that most people reading this are not the ones leaving the bags of poop all around. We, as responsible dog owners must do what we can to let the offenders know this is not acceptable.

I forgot to mention that the campground staff that collects trash does not stop the trash truck to collect every individual poop bag. That is why a lot of bags are sitting around.
