We would prefer a young adult female (2-5yo) that has been working. Checking on an Anatolian 7yo female that has a litter. The livestock farmer/LGD breeder is willing to let the mother go. She's older than we'd like but gives immediate help but these dogs typically don't work past 10yo. If we also get one of her pups we're bringing in an LGD that will be working well in a couple of years.
