Was the chicken uncooked? If so, she's not likely to have any problem from that. Cooked is riskier, as cooked bones are more brittle. How much of the bag did she eat?

I agree with just watching her. If she starts showing any sort of intestinal upset (vomiting, diarrhea, constipation) or just seems uncomfortable or restless then you'll want to take her to the vet right away. But she'll probably be just fine.
