Easy breezy chicken wings

Work potluck tomorrow so thought of this last minute.


Put in the smoker at 300 degrees with 2.5 ounces of cherry wood for 2 hours.
  • GPG, yes, they were frozen. They were hot enough to eat prior to the 2 hours but I left a little longer to see some skin crisp happening.

    And for clarification, this was in my electric smoker. It takes quite a bit of time to get to specified box temp.
  • Dave - Were they frozen when you put them on ?

    I want to try them on my pellet grill but 300 degrees for 2 hours seems like a long time. BELIEVE me I'm not questioning your abilities - I follow you and have seen the good stuff you cook.

  • We take the Tyson Honey BBQ wings and do them on the grill for about 10-15 minutes, great wings.
