- Super_DaveExplorerGPG, yes, they were frozen. They were hot enough to eat prior to the 2 hours but I left a little longer to see some skin crisp happening.
And for clarification, this was in my electric smoker. It takes quite a bit of time to get to specified box temp. - GoPackGoExplorerDave - Were they frozen when you put them on ?
I want to try them on my pellet grill but 300 degrees for 2 hours seems like a long time. BELIEVE me I'm not questioning your abilities - I follow you and have seen the good stuff you cook.
