Stomach/Intestines rumbling.???
The Pit & the Rottie suffer from some kind of intestine problem. The Shepard mix has no problem.. Same food.. The Pit had all kind of tests including a $400.00 sonogram. I'm not trying to save a buck...

I've found a daily Pepcid (generic) to work wonders for my older dog's rumbly tummy and throwing up bile in the early morning. Other than those two things, he's never had any stomach related issues at all.
Recently solved an issue with bile vomiting in early morning. After using Pepcid (half tablet) in evening with food, discovered use of slippery elm natural herb supplement. To ease bilious vomiting,it is suggested to split up daily amount of food so dog eats a snack in evenings. Our Aussie now has 2/3 cup food (Nutro chicken) 3 times daily. With the 9 pm feeding, I add a teaspoon of slippery elm powder mixed with water. Has a sweet smell and she loves this treat. Best of all....no more vomiting!! The elm powder provides a coating for the tummy and limits effects of acids which increase when tummy is empty. I did make a vet visit to rule out any bacterial/worm possibilities.
