Time to buy a new truck

I'm typically up at 4am; not because of the farm but to avoid the worst of the traffic on my commute to work (job that pays the mortgage) towards DC. Our 35 acres cannot produce enough lambs to pay the mortgage, property taxes, and insurance to allow me to retire to sheep farming.
