3:15pm PST : Called the vet and the directions on the bottle were wrong !
We need to give 1/2 of a 68 mg tablet once daily .. good thing I called as the other vet said that "yes" that amount of antibiotic would make her tummy hurt ... hope she is ok by the 20th and her urine test is the 23rd .. have my fingers crossed now.

This morning today : Fri., 16 May - Have a question now -- about the : "Enrofloxacin, once a day. This will be a 5-day treatment, and hoping that it clears up and we get a clean bill of health on the 23rd when another test is scheduled."
That for Petunia who is 8 lbs - the dosage is 68 mg ... she awoke with lethargy, low appetite and an upset tummy .. have a call in to the vet, but am considering giving her 1/2 dosage twice a day ..
And yes, know that the symptoms can be for the UTI, but since she was bouncy yesterday, just was wondering what the forum thought and if anyone else has experienced this with the antibiotic we are giving Petunia .. our 8-lb chi.
