That you " dturm " for your postings. So glad for no more worries, and she has been her old self, still has difficulty jumping up or doesn't want to jump up onto anything anymore .. for now the Rimadyl is on the back burner until we get back to our home base.
By Father's Day we will back at our home base and will need to go see her "home base" vet when we get back, and talk with them about her not wanting to jump up on anything anymore.
So glad Petunia's UTI is gone! When our little dogs stopped jumping up on things, it was from back pain caused by previous injuries and/or arthritis. We just made sure there were always cushy little dog beds on the floor in every room. We gave Poquita small doses of Rimadyl, too. It did seem to make her more comfortable with no bad side effects.
