Yup, and Arizona is dry, so the dry weather will dry out the rig.

However, Walter can't come to AZ right now since he's meeting with Royal Canin's CEO.

I tried the open window and/or vents during the two rainy days, but to no avail.:p Inside or outside, the air was saturated. Combine that with cold temps and single pane windows and ya get a big mess. :S

Good to know!! We are going out next weekend and it will be me, dh, our 14 yr old & her BFF, 1 Samoyed and 1 GSD. I guess I'll have to tell dh about the de-humidifier/windows :)

Though when I saw the title of this thread I wondered if you were going to say your GSD liked to snuggle more than your wife :) Our GSD does not snuggle, but she does find a way to get into my bed in the middle of the night without waking me up :)

We like to use the MH in the winter, and use a 70 pint 120v AC de-humidifier located between the front seats. I have occasionally removed 1-1/2 gallons per day.

I bought a pack of micro-fiber cloths from Costco, and use one or more to wipe down the non-thermal-break aluminum window frames. Dual pane windows help, but it takes about 1/2 hour for the de-humidifier to clear the single pane front windshield.

And I thought you were going to say, ... "It's COLD" .... :S

Double ditto about the window and keeping the space heater up. The windshield is another story. We keep an old beach towel rolled up on the dashboard to absorb the water.

I keep a window open a little and run the furnace or a space heater to maintain temps, but you can really go through the propane. Still get some condensation, though. Our last two RV's have had double pane windows and that helps. We still get a ton of water from the windshield.

Re this winter, it seems like we've had more below zero days than the last 10 years combined. Lots of snow that won't go away and just keeps piling up.
