Pets. If you never had one in an RV it is an experience. Dogs & cats shed hair. Pets can be trained but if you never had one before they will controll your life. Can't leave them in a hot RV or car. Can't take them on trails. Some RV parks limit types and size. They will tear out your heart when they die but I wouldn't be without a dog. If you lose and get a dog accept it only if she will take a dog training class for obedience. Otherwise the dog will run your life. My wife's new dog ate her binoculars, plastic retainers off the seat belts, our Christmas tree, the antenna on my portable radio, & some my wife's books. BTW he also chewed his halter off. This is what new pets do during training. Once trained they are awesome companions.
