Back to Einstein Ike: (he only did this once)
He was ridiculously well-behaved - if I said to him once "leave the trash alone" - he did. Always. But one morning, I came downstairs, to find a single paper plate next to the trash basket, licked clean. And next to the paper plate, was Jack's dog food bowl - which is surprising since it's normally in the back hall, 20 feet away. Neither were there when we went to bed - and since Jack was crated at night - the only conclusion was that Ike had pulled the plate from the trash - then "framed" Jack....LOL!!!!!
