- dclark1946ExplorerOur new TT came with a fixed TV/FM antenna that looks very similar to that. The brand name was Continu.us but I suspect the brand name is whatever you want it to be.
- MrWizardModeratorOh I have plenty of recorded media and DVDs :B
That antenna was in my FRYS daily promo email for $19.99 with promo code, $29.99 without
And it caught my eye and I got curious and then posted it
I've got my eye on that new wineguard automatic Rayzar ota dome for broadcast stations
No room for a bat wing with all the solar panels on the roof - AlmotExplorer IIIMr Wiz, I "think" this 16" wonder will be as good as an old rabbit ears antenna.
If you need to kill some time, do what Mex did - cheap media player and 2TB external drive loaded with whatever you like. With some diligence most of content can be free.
Need news and weather - turn radio on.
Need good reception OTA - get Channel Master (directional or whatever), and put it on a broom stick outside your trailer. Inline amplifier you can add if you have to, preferably with adjustable gain. IMO, the amount of commercials on OTA channels makes it impossible to watch. Too distracting and takes 20-30% longer to finish, a royal pain when it's getting late or you have to go somewhere. They should be subsidized by the state and stop diluting their programming with cr-ap. Most OTA programming needs no diluting already :) - MrWizardModerator

The description and picture looks like a non-amplified batwing of old, only smaller. I wonder if the booster will work with this one.
If it will, I think I'll buy one for our friends home on the OR coast and see if it will bring in any stations.
Didn't see a couple of the links, says it has a preamp if I read correctly.
For $16, I'll pick one up tomorrow and try it where we camp next week.
I just checked home depot, says not available in store, order online ship to store or ship to home
Currently in stock at Fry's 'more $$'
FRYS is $19.99 with today's promo codes
$29.99 with out promo code - Ed_GeeExplorer II
