A "preferred" cigarette lighter cellular charger???

Some of these mini USB chargers cost four dollars and I am suspicious. I would rather pay twenty dollars and get a superior grade of charger. Only problem is I haven't a clue what constitutes a superb...

These Motorola chargers are really good quality IMHO. I have used them for several years, on Samsung and LG smartphones. When plugged in, the Motorola emblem end has a faint blue glow, so you can tell it has power.
