A "preferred" cigarette lighter cellular charger???

Some of these mini USB chargers cost four dollars and I am suspicious. I would rather pay twenty dollars and get a superior grade of charger. Only problem is I haven't a clue what constitutes a superb...

I have a couple of chargers that look like the ones in the posted link but badged Duracell. Got them at Big Lots, sold in a pair for eight bucks. Works fine for all our devices, I put one in the truck and one in the wife's Traverse.
