A "preferred" cigarette lighter cellular charger???

Some of these mini USB chargers cost four dollars and I am suspicious. I would rather pay twenty dollars and get a superior grade of charger. Only problem is I haven't a clue what constitutes a superb...

I'll second Anker.
Got a 110 v wall charger from Amazon and complained that it quit after two weeks. Anker called me up about it and mailed me a replacement. It's still working.
