A "preferred" cigarette lighter cellular charger???

Some of these mini USB chargers cost four dollars and I am suspicious. I would rather pay twenty dollars and get a superior grade of charger. Only problem is I haven't a clue what constitutes a superb...

I have bought plenty of these Motorola chargers from Amazon. OE quality and dirt cheap. Not great for night time driving. I usually have one or two spare in every vehicle. Not many Android devices will charge above 1amp regardless of mobile charger.
