For $139 you could get the better ASUS 32GB Google Nexus 7" Tablet with 4G and free expedited shipping from B&H. And if you live outside of NY state you don't pay sales tax.
In Alabama, and I'm sure in most other states you are supposed to claim, on your income tax return, all of your out-of-state purchases for which you were charged no sales tax. You have to pay up at years-end unless you are dishonest and don't declare your purchases.
Only residents of Alaska, Delaware, New Hampshire, Montana and Oregon can honestly avoid the sin.;)
