Why in the world would anyone pay $189 for ARRP Android Tablet?

It is not a PHONE so it DEPENDS ON A WIFI connection just like any other tablet which is not a cellphone.
It will also come with a lot of preloaded bloatware from ARRP and a good chance you will not be able to remove the ARRP stuff on top of that..
You can buy a ACER ICONIA with the same screen size for $129 at Sam's club.. The only down side to the ACER is it also comes with a lot of preloaded bloatware but it is easily removed.
