Hello wski,
At this point I have to interject with some confusion. I have been informed by the Store Manager Stacey Tatum, that after speaking with you several occasions about the Honda Generators, that you have been offered a solution by Camping World. We would allow you to return them for a full refund, or even replace them with brand new units.
So what I am not sure of is why are you stating that you have not been contacted about this issue. As Stacey, informed me she spoke with you on 6/8/2013, and then had another conversation with you on 6/22/2013. So that is why I am confused and wondering why you feel like we haven't made the efforts to fix this issue for you.
