The short answer is NO... the certificate never arrived. But the DW and I are not surprised, given the fact that CW made the promise. I guess this is broken promise part 2... By the way, the DW and I decided to keep the generators because we have lost confidence in CW's ability to process our refund correctly... After all, they couldn't even seem to mail us a promised merchandise certificate....
