Thanks for the update Randy. One thing that irritates me no end here are those who just HAVE to get a shot in at Camping World before they know the story, or what's going on behind the scenes that is none of their business. You got your issue resolved, and that is exactly why this sub-forum was created. Personally I think it's pretty cool that the CEO and staff cruise these forums looking for problems that they can fix.
