Another non returned phone call
Called Longmont CO. on Friday to check stock and request two items be placed on hold for will call. First off took forever for the receptionist to answer the phone she then transferred me to parts spoke with a Kenny I believe his name was gave him the ski numbers for the two items and asked about holding for me till Monday as we live 180 miles away and were going to be in the area for a grandson fix.
First off he was unable to determine if they had stock and indicated would check and call me back. Then when I asked about the hold this totally threw him didn't see to know or understand anything about this concept. Fast forwards to today no call back or response from the store. I now understand why many customers are so frustrated with Camping World.
In my 21 years with Cabela's our customer at always came first and were taken care of. Believe Camping World could take some cues from Cabela's.
