Anyone make a HD portable antenna to get directv

I can't see DirecTV changing their system for HD. To get the bandwidth required for HD they had to go up in frequency, however, the higher frequencies are attenuated more by the atmosphere. This requires a larger dish to focus the weaker signal. While a smaller dish with perfect alignment can receive a HD signal it won't work for most situations.
