Too expensive and like RV's there are a boatload of phones out there for much, much less.I have a Kyocera and it was 45 bucks. Does everything I want to accomplish. Good plan too with Boost Mobile (Sprint). 30 bucks a month, unlimited calls, unlimited text and 4 gigs of data.

I will probably buy an iPhoneX about the time they come out with the iPhoneX5.

At my age, 'latest and greatest' is of little importance unless it has a positive impact on what I want to accomplish. That phone has no impact for me.

I'm looking for a new iPhone 7 with 64 gigs of memory...and good deal.

When iPhones (or any smartphone for that matter) require less of my time and cost less rather then more, then they might get my attention again. There is more technology out there then what I need, but it gets to the point where you can't ignore it and you have to deal with it. Phones are now a marketing device that demands your attention. I love the photos, GPS, email, etc but I hate having my day dominated by a phone.

so where is the outrage about the price for the samsung galaxy note 8 over the iphone x according to this there is only a $39.00 difference in the price? galaxy note 8

I'm still in the dark ages with a iPhone 5, so I'm thinking it is time to upgrade. Not sure which I'll go for, but as you can see I'm in no rush!

Tad mixed. I was an early adopter of the iPhone 6 and it's been great, still running just fine, in fact better under iOS11. But I'd like the larger screen that the X or the 8+ comes with, but I don't want the bigger size phone of the 8+. I find the keyboard on the 6 a bit to tight and get tired of my self inflicted typos. Since I've been putting the $ aside since I was done paying on the 6 I will probably go for it. If not I'll hang on to my 6 for a while longer.

The x is the plus size.... They don't offer it in the standard (smaller) size

That's just marketing, but fortunately you have lots of other choices. For me, I like the fact their system is less vulnerable than others to viruses/malware. It also works. To each their own.
