app recommendations
Just got first smartphone. Galaxy 3. I'm really out of my comfort zone and trying to get comfortable with it. Could anyone recommend some apps that you have found to be useful for RVs and travel? TIA!

We have a GPS, but I love Google Maps and Navigation. It's free, but uses a lot of battery. If we are in the car, I just keep it plugged in to use the nav.
My bank has it's own mobile app where I can check balances, transfer between savings, checking, etc. It is good to have.
I also use the Weather Channel and the "follow me" part when we are traveling. It will keep you up to date with any warnings or watches in the area where you are located.
Gas Buddy is great to find cheap gas along the way or what is close to you. It can also help you locate stations that are LIKELY to have large easy access.
