Regarding the setting that says Avoid Highways. Does that mean just interstates or any road that is 55MPH and up?

Should only be interstates, but could include major state highways if they are coded as such. I can tell you that even if I use avoid highways it will still route me on 4-lane state highways with 65 mph limits.
It should also offer routes with highways as optional.
