You can get a low-amp 12 volt regulated power supply in a lot of places.
(Just Google 12V regulated power supply)
OR if you have an old Desktop or tower comptuer you can tap the power supply for 12 volts (if you know how).
Or you could set up a cheap solar setup.
A "Jump Start" battery.. Hook to the battry cables (most of them are direct to the battery) and leave the charger plugged in. Monitor voltage though some of those chargers are not all that well regulated.
