Be aware that the reason Verizon has such great coverage for their regular plans is that they have roaming agreements with other carriers. Their prepaid plans and other companies using the native Verizon towers will not have that much coverage. I drove half way across Missouri and Oklahoma with no service using a prepaid Verizon phone while my friend with a regular Verizon account had good service almost all the way.
