It sounds like either your coax cable from the TV to the jack is not good, or the one you are using from the outside of the camper to the post.
The TV swivels from the living area to the bedroom doesn't it? When we had a TT ours did and the cable from the TV to the jack would twist and cause the same issue you are having.
