The other Possibility is that your selector switch is bad. Unhook that connection and connect a coax cable from the cable connection directly to the cable that comes out of that selector switch. If it then works you know the problem lies between the connector on the outside of the RV and ends with that selector switch. I am still betting there is an amplifier in the line that is turned on. Look everywhere there are cables. They usually have a green or red LED.

Yes, the TV was set to Cable
sritter, you may have hit on something. The TV is on a swivel. I'll take a look at the condition of that cable to see if it's now pretzel-shaped.
Here's a photo of the Jensen antenna connection (I made an error and thought it said ANT, OFF, and CABLE, but the first setting is AIR). The fuse is good.
